It is with sad and heavy hearts our Committee have taken the decision to cancel this year’s Strathmore Highland Games that were due to take place on Sunday 14th June 2020 at Glamis Castle.

Our concerns for public health were obviously at the forefront of our decision due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and also following the Scottish Governments advice for large events. It’s also our responsibility to protect the legacy of the Games from a financial perspective, so that we are in a position to come back bigger and stronger, and ready to put on the most amazing show of Highland Games in 2021. We know this is disappointing news, but we thank you whole heartedly for your support, and look forward to welcoming you all with open arms next year.

Our secretary and her team will be in touch with our Sponsors and Stall Holders, please bear with us as we work through this list. In the meantime, stay healthy, keep in touch via our Facebook and Instagram pages, look after your families and communities round about you, and we’ll see you all on Sunday 13th June 2021 for the Strathmore Highland Games.
